Ethan Dunham, CEO

Ethan began his IT career in 1987 while still in public accounting (CPA) . He pioneered the small business accounting industry in Portland, Oregon, starting his first company at the technology incubator at Oregon Graduate Institute. For 25 years, Ethan has built successful consulting and system integration firms who skillfully design and implement large and small business information systems. He has managed over 250 successful system implementations.  Companies he has worked with include Freightliner (DTNA), PacifiCorp, Nike, Portland Development Commission, WW Group, MolecularMD, and Portland Saturday Market.  Ethan has a Bachelor of Arts from Lewis and Clark College, and post graduate studies at Portland State University. 

Michelle Schmidt, Director of Operations

Michelle is a senior IT consultant who started her career in the 1980’s at Andersen Consulting, a large world-wide IT consulting firm (now Accenture). She went on to be Senior Manager, Research and Planning, then Director, Clinical Information Systems, at Legacy Health System.  Most recently, Michelle worked as a consultant in a variety of projects, including establishing a new 50-member IT department, on-boarding a client company to the Global Data Synchronization Network, project management and business process redesign, and implementing information systems.  Her strong suit is bringing projects to a successful completion on time and on budget.  Michelle holds a BS in Business with a Computer Science minor from Oregon State University.

Scott Byers, Senior Network Engineer

Scott has worked successfully with Ethan developing and managing IT infrastructure for over 10 years.   Scott has over 20 years of network, email, and security systems experience, and implemented RedPine's advanced network monitoring systems, now it it's third generation.  He developed our cloud-based technology which is now in its 10th year.  Scott supervises the implementation and delivery of all IT infrastructure solutions for RedPine.    Scott earned a bachelors degree in Computer Science and has many industry certifications including Microsoft, Cisco, and SonicWall.

Alycon Group - Ryan Richardson and Bryan Morris, Software Engineers

Ryan and Bryan are software engineers, systems architects,  and team leads with a combined 40 years of experience in identifying, analyzing, scoping, refining, designing, creating and implementing elegant, effective solutions to complex business problems.  Their expertise in data ensures our system integration and custom applications are world class.  Both have bachelor's degrees in Computer Science, Bryan's from Georgia Tech considered to be one of the best programs in the world.   They both are experts in Microsoft's software development tool sets.

Brett Mustard, Technician, Mobile and Media Systems Specialist

Brett has worked with RedPine since 2007, and provides our highest level of customer service.   He specializes in mobile connectivity, as well as media solutions.  He continues his studies at Portland State University.
